Yes. You send us the sneakers you want converted into cleats. We do not have sneakers on hand to sell you.
After making your purchase, we will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label and you will send your shoes to our Arizona facility or New York facility depending on where you live.

You can also send your sneakers to us directly from an online store. If you do this, please follow these important steps:
During the purchase process on CustomCleats.com, click on "My shoes are coming from an online store" during the checkout process and indicate the shoe type, color, size, and website from which your shoes are being shipped to Custom Cleats (e.g., Jordan 1, red, size 12, Goat.com).
Complete your purchase on CustomCleats.com.
When purchasing the shoes at an online store, use YOUR name and Custom Cleat's address when entering the shipping information. If you live in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming, send your shoes to our Arizona facility (address below). If you live in any other state, send your shoes to our New York facility (address below). The shoes should be addressed as follows:

When we receive your sneakers at our convesion facility with your name on the box, our production team will connect the shoes to your order, begin the conversion process, and then return the converted cleats to you at the shipping address you input on your Custom Cleats order.
Yes. Custom Cleats will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for you to send us your sneakers. Once you complete the purchase process, you will receive an email confirmation with a pre-paid shipping label from Custom Cleats. The pre-paid shipping label will be attached to the email confirmation that you recieve shortly after you make the purchase. We provide you with the pre-paid UPS shipping label to send us your shoes and we also pay the shipping costs to return ship the converted cleats to you. In other words, we pay for shipping both ways!
Customers outside of the U.S.: For customers outside of the United States, you are responsible for shipping us your shoes and we charge a shipping fee ($80) at checkout to cover the cost of sending you back your converted cleats. In other words, you will not receive a pre-paid shipping label to send us your shoes (it is your responsibility).
Current Turnaround Time:
Standard Orders (free shipping both ways): We provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label for you to send us your shoes. Once we receive your sneakers, we convert them into cleats in about 3 weeks via our professional and proprietary process. We then ship the sneakers back to you via UPS ground shipping. In sum, count on about 4-5 weeks total.
Overnight Shipping Back to Customer ($50): Upon receiving your shoes via our prepaid UPS shipping label (ground shipping), we convert them in about 3 weeks and ship your shoes back to you via overnight shipping.
Expedited Service AND Expedited Shipping ($100): Upon receiving your shoes via our prepaid UPS shipping label (ground shiping), we convert them in 3 business days and ship your shoes back to you on the following business day via overnight shipping.
Yes! You can purchase shoes from an online store (e.g., Nike.com, GOAT.com, FlightClub.com, Adidas.com, Vans.com, etc.) and have them shipped directly to Custom Cleats thereby allowing you to get into your converted kicks sooner. In order to do this, please follow these important steps:

When we receive your sneakers at our convesion facility with your name on the box, our production team will connect the shoes to your order, begin the conversion process, and then return the converted cleats to you at the shipping address you input on your Custom Cleats order.
