Do I have to send in the sneaker and the cleat?

You must send in the sneaker. We provide the molded cleat or metal cleat for you. The metal cleats can be used for Baseball, the molded cleats can be used for Football, Lacrosse, Softball, Baseball, and Soccer.

Where do I find the metal spikes to send in?

We provide the metal cleat or molded cleat.

Does the cleat have to be the same size as the sneaker?

The cleat does not have to be the same size as the sneaker.  The cleat can be two sizes different from the sneaker.  For example, if the sneaker is a size 11 the cleat can be a size 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, or 13.

Does the sneaker and the cleat have to be the same brand?

No, we can combine any sneaker brand with any cleat brand.

What is the turnaround time for this process?

From the time that we receive your order, you will have them back in 5-6 business days.  The conversion takes 2-3 days and our standard shipping is priority 2-3 day mail.

Can I get my order shipped back overnight?

Yes, you can have your order overnight delivery for an additional $25.00

Is there a discount for group orders?

Yes, any order with 5 or more pairs will receive free shipping.  This will be a discount of $15.00 for each pair.

Is there a sneaker that can not be converted?

We can not convert some of the Nike free running shoe. 

Can I drop my sneakers off to save on shipping?

Yes, all of our drop off orders (cost with no shipping $70.00)  are taken by the front desk at Matt Guilianos PLAY IT LIKE A PRO baseball facility. There address is:  1745 Express drive North, Hauppauge, NY 11788
